Five Alive is a small grant program established by members of Centre County Altrusa to provide limited emergency support to non-profits who are faced with unexpected expenses or funding cuts. The grant its limited to $500. The award committee will respond to all requests as soon as possible. The grant is perfect for helping to cover the costs of unexpected repairs or for purchasing last minute and necessary program supplies.
- The request must be from a non-proft (501c3) corporation
- The amount may not be for more than $500
- The need must be critical or an emergency
- The application must be in writing using the linked PDF application form (see attachment) and sent to Tammy Gentzel: gentzel.tammy@gmail.com
